Job description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives within an Energy organisation.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects from initiation through to go-live.
  • Manage project governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate business, technical, and supplier teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
  • Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Drive process improvements and platform adoption across the organisation.
  • Track project progress and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Essential Experience
  • Proven experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong background delivering ServiceNow implementations or enhancement programmes.
  • ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM project experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems integration, ideally involving SAP.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and system integrators.
  • Experience working within regulated industries such as Energy, Utilities, Transport, or Public Sector.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
