Position:- Amazon Connect Contact Center Architect Healthcare

Location:- Remote(St. Louis, MO / NY-NJ)
Type:- Contract

We are seeking a hands-on Amazon Connect Contact Center Architect to design and modernize healthcare contact-centre solutions supporting member, provider, and self-service experiences.

Must Have: Amazon Connect + AWS + Healthcare Contact Center + HIPAA/PHI + IVR + Legacy Migration.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 4 6+ years of AWS architecture experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Amazon Connect production experience.
• Healthcare contact-centre experience required.
• Experience with Avaya/Genesys Amazon Connect migration.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, and Contact Lens.
• Strong AWS skills: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis.
• Experience with IVR/IVA, CTI, routing, authentication, and PHI/PII security.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, IAM, encryption, and auditing.
• Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and CI/CD.
• Excellent business communication and stakeholder-management skills.
