Job DescriptionIf you’re looking for a tax preparation role with real flexibility, autonomy and respect, this is it.\n\nThis 13 person Wellesley, MA CPA firm focuses entirely on tax and bookkeeping and is hiring because of growth.\n\nYou’ll join a collaborative, family oriented team where the partners trust you to get the job done without micromanaging you, but give you the tools and support you need to succeed.\nThere is no rigid office policy.

Ideally you’ll come in a few days a week, but there is flexibility.\nYou’ll prepare tax returns and handle bookkeeping work for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, real estate clients, trusts and family office style clients.\n\nYou’ll need previous tax prep and bookkeeping experience, ideally within public accounting.\nExperience with QuickBooks, general ledgers, K1s and prior year workpapers would be useful.\n\nSoftware:\nProSystem fx, XCM, QuickBooks\n\nBusy season:\nAround 55 hours.
