Cloud Solutions Architect

Introduction:

The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for the cloud computing initiatives within an organization and for directing the architectural aspects of a cloud brokering team across all aspects of IT and the business. They are responsible for planning and engineering an organization's cloud computing infrastructure and applications, implementing and designing hardware and software, and ensuring alignment with cloud technology standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic efforts supporting project delivery and steady-state operations
• Develop architectural blueprints and technical specifications aligning with business requirements
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and integration pipelines for deployments
• Design and administer scalable systems across cloud-based provider services
• Participate in solution implementation and problem-solving
• Articulate technical solutions and collaborate with IT groups
• Develop training for staff on new technologies or platforms
