The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer interactions. • Represent the company with pride, embodying its values during every customer visit. • Work independently and think on your feet to make the right calls for vehicle fixes. • Enjoy a dynamic role where every day presents new challenges and customer interactions. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills for clear customer communication and advice. • Ability to work autonomously and manage your daily schedule effectively. • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
