Compensation:
Pay Range: $117,509-$152,762 Per Year

Job Summary:
• Join our team in Los Angeles as a full-time Manager responsible for ensuring compliance in claims operations. 
• This role involves regulatory interpretation, compliance monitoring, and the development of operational training.
• Proficiency in general technology tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements in claims processing.
• Develop and implement training programs for operational readiness and compliance.
• Oversee compliance monitoring and validation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead a team in managing training, documentation, and regulatory interpretation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience; Master''s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in claims compliance or regulatory oversight.
• At least 4 years of experience in leading or managing teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
