Title: Corporate Development Associate
Company Summary:
We are currently partnered with the largest independent wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products in the United States, as they look to add a Corporate Development Associate to their growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting strategic growth initiatives through acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate development activities. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, hands-on deal execution experience, and the opportunity to work on a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.
Corporate Development Associate Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate development initiatives.
- Assist in managing the due diligence process, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials for senior leadership and executive decision makers.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive intelligence research to identify potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, investment memorandums, and recommendations for executive leadership.
- Assist with post-acquisition integration efforts and strategic planning initiatives across the organization.
Corporate Development Associate Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, or M&A experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skill set.
- Experience supporting closed M&A transactions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.
