Job Description
Cochlear Limited in Sydney's Macquarie Park is seeking an Embedded Software Engineering Manager to lead a squad delivering embedded software for hearing solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with people leadership, guiding engineers across design, implementation, and delivery.
Essential 5+ years in embedded software, experience leading teams, and strong communication across stakeholders. Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971 and software risk management is highly valued.
