Oracle Fusion Functional Financial Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead to drive the functional strategy, optimization, and ongoing success of an enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials environment. This is a highly visible role partnering directly with Finance, Accounting, and IT leadership to improve financial processes, support system enhancements, and maximize the value of Oracle Fusion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Provide deep functional expertise across Financial modules to include: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Tax, and Fixed Assets.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting leaders to evaluate current-state processes and design scalable future-state solutions.
• Lead functional design sessions, gather business requirements, and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Drive process improvements across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Lead functional efforts for implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and quarterly Oracle releases.
• Collaborate with technical, integration, reporting, and analytics teams to ensure accurate financial data and seamless business processes.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.
• Provide leadership during issue resolution, root cause analysis, testing, and user acceptance activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience.
• Proven experience serving as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Financials in a complex enterprise environment.
• Extremely strong functional expertise across all core Finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Tax, and Fixed Assets.
• Deep understanding of enterprise accounting principles and financial business processes.
• Experience partnering directly with Finance leadership and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
