They are seeking a dedicated Fraud Specialist to join their team, focusing on handling inbound customer inquiries related to fraud prevention and investigation for a major UK banking client.

The Role

• Respond to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to fraud and scams.
• Investigate and raise cases for online and telephony banking fraud across a major banking portfolio.
• Handle objections and reassure customers about account security.
• Investigate pending payments, approving or flagging as necessary based on fraud concerns.
• Support customers with personal banking needs, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking.
• Educate customers on how to protect themselves from fraud and scams.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UK Financial Services.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with fluency in English.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to make complex decisions and problem-solve effectively.
• Experience working with vulnerable customers and understanding of banking processes.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
