- Manage asset tracking from receipt through return, including tagging, serialization, check-in/check-out, and transfers between locations
- Plan and manage all inbound and outbound shipments; coordinate with carriers, schedule freight, and control shipping costs
- Ensure shipping documentation, bills of lading, and packing lists are complete and accurate
- Supervise, schedule, train, and develop warehouse associates; set expectations and manage performance
- Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Oversee inspection of returned assets and route damaged items for repair, replacement, or disposal
- Oversee activation, testing, and troubleshooting of telematics devices before shipment
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and workflow to improve efficiency and space utilization
- Track and report key performance metrics, such as inventory accuracy, order fill rate, on-time shipment rate, and shrink
- Partner with purchasing, branch operations, and field teams on replenishment, transfers, and stocking levels
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility; enforce OSHA requirements, forklift safety, and company safety policies
- Manage warehouse supplies, material-handling equipment, and facility needs within budget
