Looking to fill a Desktop System Engineer position with AV Experience. AV Experience is a must.

For Desktop Systems help maintain End-User Computing (EUC) infrastructure. This role will work with end users on deskside issues, printing issues, imaging devices, desk moves

For Audio Visual system, provides infrastructure and user support for the Audio Visual meeting technologies, including Microsoft Teams integrated room systems, provides support for meetings conducted in the Conference Center, and provides escalation support for Executive Level boardroom meetings, as well as additional Audio/Visual needs including digital signage and cable and satellite service.

Job Description

• Endpoint Architecture: maintain enterprise device management solutions including Microsoft Intune, Windows and macOS systems.
• OS Deployment & Imaging: Deploy standardized operating system images (Windows 11 and macOS) Autopilot, and modern provisioning workflows.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise endpoints security baselines, managing patch deployments (WSIntune), BitLocker encryption
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Maintain hardware/software asset standards, evaluate upcoming technologies, and coordinate technical rollouts with vendor management teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience with designing, deploying and maintaining Audio Visual technologies like Poly and Teams meeting room systems
• Experience with Creston, Biamp, Shure and other related room technologies
• Experience working in team and collaborative environments with excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively throughout the organization regarding technical matters
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to provide in-depth diagnosis by gathering, organizing and analyzing data for research and problem solving
• Superior work ethic with the ability to manage projects with little supervision
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Video conferencing systems including HP/Poly and Microsoft Teams room system
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Provide recommendations on changes and design enhancements to improve the environment, services, processes, and security
• Build relationships with team members and customers, and enhance intrateam collaboration
• Provide superior customer support
• Ensure new technology initiatives are stable and readily maintained

Qualifications

• Education: Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical Experience in Endpoint Engineering, Systems Administration, or End-User Computing roles.

Communication: Exceptional collaborative skills to interface with cross-functional IT infrastructure groups, external vendors, and corporate stakeholders
