The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Install high and medium voltage equipment, including insulators and connectors.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable installations.
• Support the maintenance and modernization of electrical systems.
• Review and update technical drawings with site modifications.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Schlosser, Metallbauer, Industriemechaniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Anlagenmechaniker, or equivalent.
• Experience in metal construction, ideally within the construction, mechanical engineering, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with electrical systems is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular travel and overnight stays for on-site assignments.
• Good German language skills and an autonomous, motivated work style.
