Implementation Consultant - Workplace & Facilities Management Software

FM is seeking a Consultant Engineer to design, configure, and implement our workplace and facilities management software for enterprise clients. You will gather requirements, translate them into scalable configurations, and integrate FM with client systems to optimize real estate, space utilization, and building operations. Working cross-functionally, you'll analyze data, develop best practices, and guide clients through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement in a flexible, technology-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with enterprise clients to understand workplace and facilities management requirements.
• Design and configure FM's software solutions for real estate, space, and building operations.
• Analyze client data to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Lead solution implementation, testing, and rollout in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop technical documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate client feedback into enhancements.
• Support integration of FM systems with client IT, HR, and building management platforms.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across projects.
