Job Description

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $115,000–$120,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual care within a structured, collaborative clinical environment. The work is well suited to an LMFT who values consistency, strong therapeutic relationships, and a clear approach to care. A regular weekday schedule, established clinical processes, and team support allow you to stay focused on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate relational and emotional concerns.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled telehealth sessions with an established caseload
  • Complete clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and initial treatment planning
  • Provide ongoing therapy informed by relational and family systems approaches
  • Maintain accurate and current clinical notes and treatment plans in the EHR
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities
  • Coordinate additional services and connect clients with appropriate resources when needed
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field
  • Active Tennessee LMFT license
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
  • Experience working with couples and family systems
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
  • Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 2 weeks PTO
