The Role

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live demonstrations and sampling.
• Represent brands in a retail environment, creating positive and memorable experiences for shoppers.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and product awareness goals.
• Prepare, cook, and clean the demonstration area and equipment to maintain a safe and appealing presentation.
• Interact with customers and retail management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Execute job duties with a consistent safety-first mentality.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort interacting with diverse customers and management.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to team success.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
