Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SN Platform / Technology Architect to define and drive the technical architecture, platform roadmap, infrastructure strategy, and governance standards for a ServiceNow-based enterprise platform. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, platform engineering teams, and enterprise architects to ensure the platform supports current business objectives while remaining scalable, secure, standardized, and aligned with the broader enterprise technology strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, enterprise architecture, platform strategy, infrastructure planning, governance, reference architectures, and self-service capabilities. This role requires a combination of strategic architecture leadership and hands-on understanding of platform technologies and operating models.

Required Skills & Experience

·         Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, ServiceNow Technical Architect, Platform Architect, or Technology Architect.

·         Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise platform strategy.

·         Experience defining and managing platform roadmaps, reference architectures, and technical standards.

·         Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and architecture governance.

·         Experience with ServiceNow platform infrastructure, environments, scalability, availability, and performance planning.

·         Experience designing and implementing platform governance and technical guardrails.

·         Experience enabling self-service platform capabilities while maintaining security, compliance, and architectural controls.

·         Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, customization, application development, integrations, APIs, and platform extensibility.

·         Experience working with enterprise architecture teams to align platform strategy with broader technology standards.

·         Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise integration concepts.

·         Experience identifying and managing technical debt, architectural risks, and platform modernization opportunities.

·         Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

·         Ability to communicate complex technical architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
