Workplace Technology Engineer

Sentry Insurance is seeking a Workplace Technology Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, modern workplace solutions that keep our associates productive and connected. In this role, you'll administer Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and endpoint management platforms, ensuring reliable, secure access across a hybrid environment. You'll partner with security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions, automate processes, and improve employee experience. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support workplace technology solutions for a hybrid workforce
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange, and Share
• Point
• Manage endpoint configuration, security, and updates across devices
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and resilience
• Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting and management tools
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly
• Support identity and access management, including Azure AD and SSO integrations
• Document configurations, standards, and procedures for support and knowledge sharing
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and improve user experience
• Contribute to continuous improvement, technology roadmaps, and project delivery.
