We are currently in the process of recruiting a pool of Entry Level Candidates and Junior Resources for our North America Head Quarters in Troy, MI with the following skills:

• Should be located in U.S./ Canada only.
• If you are a dynamic and enthusiastic success driven Individual looking to gain experience with hands-on training from our in-house projects, then we would like to consider you to be part of our growth in the IT Industry.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization for the applicable country (Permanent Resident or Citizenship preferred), we are not providing any visa sponsorship.
• This position is not applicable for candidates requiring employment under OPT, CPT, or H-4status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of professional experience. entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Interest in enterprise applications, business processes, and consulting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Ability to learn new applications, business processes, and concepts quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and client-facing teams.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Prior Oracle experience is not required. Exposure through coursework, internships, certifications, or academic projects in any of the following areas would be beneficial:

• ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or Supply Chain concepts.
• Business process analysis and process improvement.
• SaaS or enterprise business applications.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• AI and automation concepts and their application to business processes.
• Business analysis, functional testing, requirements gathering, or process documentation.

What You Will Learn

Consultants will have the opportunity to develop functional expertise in areas such as:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, and/or EPM.
• End-to-end enterprise business processes.
• Oracle Cloud application configuration and functional capabilities.
• Requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Functional testing and user acceptance testing.
• Oracle Cloud implementation and support methodologies.
• Managed Services and application support processes.
• AI and automation capabilities within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Client consulting, communication, and delivery.
