Cross Lanes, WV | $17–$20/hour + Bonuses | Full-Time

We are looking for a high-energy, highly organized Operations & Client Services Supervisor to run a busy office and keep people, clients, and priorities moving.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-and-wait-for-something-to-happen position. We need someone who takes ownership, solves problems, follows through, and knows how to get things done without being chased.

What You'll Do

• Manage a fast-moving office and daily priorities
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard employees
• Build relationships with local businesses and employees
• Fill open positions quickly and accurately
• Handle call-offs, schedule changes, and problems as they happen
• Keep communication, paperwork, and follow-up organized
• Help grow the office through strong service and relationship building

Who We're Looking For

You don't need staffing experience. We care more about drive, judgment, personality, and follow-through.

You'll probably be great at this if you're confident talking to anyone, extremely organized, competitive, dependable, comfortable making decisions, and good at juggling several things at once.

We're looking for the person everyone counts on when something needs DONE.

Customer service, management, sales, hospitality, retail leadership, recruiting, or other fast-paced experience can translate extremely well.

Pay

$17–$20/hour, based on experience, PLUS bonus opportunities.
