AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AI / ML Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AWS Cloud Services, and OpenAI/LLM technologies, with hands-on experience building scalable AI applications and integrating them into enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications using OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Build and manage data pipelines for AI/ML workloads.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Ensure model performance, reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
• Stay current with emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning libraries such as:
  • Scikit-learn
  • Pandas
  • NumPy
  • TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with Generative AI and OpenAI APIs.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Prompt Engineering
  • RAG Architectures
  • Embeddings and Vector Search
• Experience with AWS Services, including:
  • AWS Lambda
  • EC2
  • S3
  • API Gateway

• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments.
