The Role

• Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth strategies for a rehabilitation hospital.
• Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth.
• Foster a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence.
• Guide, train, and develop a dynamic business development team.
• Create strategies that align with the organization's mission and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Monitor critical numbers and progress towards business development goals.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare environment.
• Successful track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area is preferred.
• Understanding of operational, financial metrics, admission processes, and reimbursement systems.
• Knowledge of physician relations, case management, and managed care is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
