The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and exceptional service at the fresh counter.
• Prepare and present high-quality meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen items.
• Create appealing displays and implement sales-promoting measures.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Independently prepare specialties according to in-house recipes.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in the food retail or hospitality sector.
• Experience working with food is welcomed, even if switching careers.
• Genuine interest in processing and refining fresh meat and delicatessen products.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail environment.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday.
