Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle for a performance marketing platform. This role will drive product strategy, AI/ML-powered matching, experimentation, customer discovery, roadmap execution, and measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, strategy, and 0→1 product development.
• Lead AI/ML-driven consumer-to-professional matching initiatives.
• Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product requirements.
• Create PRDs, user stories, and product strategy documents.
• Lead A/B testing, experimentation, funnel analysis, and product analytics.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
• Drive product launches, revenue growth, optimization, and GTM strategy.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management/Product Marketing experience.
• Experience in Performance Marketing, AdTech, MarTech, or Consumer Internet.
• Proven 0→1 product development and revenue-growth experience.
• Strong SQL, analytics, experimentation, and statistical analysis skills.
• Experience with online/offline data or two-sided marketplace products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

Preferred

• AI/ML, lead generation, programmatic advertising, or direct-response marketing experience.
• Experience in healthcare, legal, financial services, or senior living.
