About the Role

We're seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to help individuals identify career goals, find competitive employment, and succeed in the workplace.


What You'll Do
  • Support individuals in identifying career interests and strengths
  • Assist with job search, placement, and onboarding
  • Teach job tasks and workplace skills
  • Provide on-site job coaching and support
  • Build relationships with employers
  • Gradually fade supports as independence increases
Pay & Schedule
  • $18.50 to $20.00/hour, based on experience
  • Bonus potential up to $16,000 annually
  • 35 hours/week
  • Minimum 25 billable hours/week

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license with a properly maintained vehicle and current auto insurance
  • MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, bend, squat, kneel, and use wrists, shoulders, and both hands as needed to perform CPR, first aid, and personal care/lifting techniques
  • Ability to successfully complete and administer CPR and First Aid
  • Proof of a negative TB screening required
  • One year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities in community-integrated settings preferred
  • Ability to pass required background checks and other agency screening requirements as applicable


Compensation details: 18.5-20 Hourly Wage
