Job Description

Role: Deskside Support Engineer - End User Computing EUC H&F Engineer
Experience: 3 4 Years
Work Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8x5)

  • Windows 10 & Windows 11 Administration and Troubleshooting

  • Desktop/Laptop Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
  • VIP / Concierge User Support
  • SCCM Client Installation & Troubleshooting
  • Active Directory
  • Basic Networking Knowledge
  • ServiceNow (Preferred)
  • Meeting Room & Conference Device Support
  • Device as a Service (DaaS) Lifecycle Management
  • Responsible for managing all IT requirements at the client s office while serving as the primary representative of the support team. Also provides H&F support for other technical towers, including Network and Data Center.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user and deskside support for hardware and software issues.
  • Support Windows OS and Microsoft O365 applications.
  • Manage IT support activities at the client location.
  • Handle VIP user support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot conference room devices, projectors, and meeting room facilities.
  • Coordinate with Network and Data Center teams for issue resolution.
  • Record and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool.
  • Manage device provisioning, replacement, and DaaS lifecycle activities.
