Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices and proven experience in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will lead backend development initiatives and design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development and technical design initiatives
• Architect and implement microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
• Develop RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Mentor and guide junior developers
