The Role

• Analyze customer needs and develop effective sales strategies.
• Explore and implement new sales channels to expand market reach.
• Support daily operations, from point-of-sale systems to goods receipt.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of shop systems.
• Contribute to market research and understanding of consumer demands.
• Undertake tasks in logistics, warehousing, and purchasing.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational training certificate, or state-recognized technician/business administrator qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
• A high sense of responsibility and an independent work ethic, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Good English language skills.
