Short Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful delivery of enterprise HCM solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Drive project planning, status reporting, issue resolution, and change management.
• Ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Experience with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, or Recruiting is preferr
