The Role

• Lead the development and execution of winning strategies for high-value business opportunities within the UK public sector.
• Define customer engagement strategies and orchestrate senior executive involvement in contact activities.
• Personally engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges and desired outcomes.
• Assemble and lead high-performing capture teams, providing clear and inspired leadership to ensure strategy execution.
• Drive the development of compelling value propositions and business cases for complex IT services opportunities exceeding £20m.
• Oversee internal stakeholder management and deal governance throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in securing new business within the UK public sector, including National and Devolved Government, National Security, and Defence sectors.
• Ability to sell multi-discipline IT and system integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of sales and capture strategy, with demonstrable business development leadership.
• Experience in leading complex IT services opportunities valued at over £20m, ideally within the UK public sector.
• Capability to develop and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships internally, with customers, and industry partners.
• Exceptional leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
