The Role • Operate and monitor manufacturing steps within the production process chain. • Support maintenance activities for plant and equipment. • Operate filling systems, control, rinsing machines, and depalletizers. • Perform supplementary pharmaceutical measures to ensure the manufacturing process. • Create thorough documentation based on process flows. • Ensure all activities adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), as well as safety and environmental guidelines. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a scientific or technical field. • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry. • Experience with cleanroom environments and aseptic manufacturing processes. • Proficient German language skills (written and spoken) and sufficient IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP). • Willingness to work in shifts. • High degree of personal responsibility and motivation to learn new technical areas.
