Job Description

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician to lead our electrical operations. The Master Electrician will oversee complex electrical projects, ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes, provide technical guidance to the electrical team, and manage project timelines and budgets. This leadership role requires deep expertise in electrical systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all electrical activities across construction and maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians and apprentices.
  • Review electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
  • Oversee inspection and testing of electrical systems to detect hazards or defects.
  • Manage project timelines, labor allocation, and material requirements effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of electrical work and project progress.
  • Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety standards rigorously.
  • Valid Master Electrician license or certification as required by local/state authorities.
  • Extensive experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and technical documents.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
