Job Description

As a Senior Ad Tech Software Development Engineer, you will design, build, and operate highly scalable, low-latency ad serving and optimization services that handle hundreds of billions of requests. You will define service architecture, break complex problems into microservices, write production-quality code in languages such as Java or C++, and work with cloud-based infrastructure. You will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to coding standards, and collaborate with product and business teams to improve advertising performance.

Responsibilities

Design and implement highly scalable, low-latency ad serving and optimization services
Architect cloud-based distributed systems and microservices to meet strict SLAs
Write production-quality code in languages such as Java, C++, C#, or Perl
Own the full software development lifecycle including testing, deployment, and operations
Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and raise coding standards
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and performance of ad serving systems
Break large, complex problems into manageable components and deliver them iteratively
