Position Title: Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: New York

Position Type: Remote (Full Time)

Interview Process: Video only

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM applications.
Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent automation.
Develop backend services and APIs using Python.
Implement prompt engineering, tool/function calling, context management, and LLM orchestration.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
Work directly with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Own solutions from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Implement AI security, governance, evaluation, observability, and performance standards.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering or related technical experience.
4+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with recent Generative AI/LLM development.
Strong experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or equivalent LLM platforms.
Advanced Python development skills.
Strong experience with RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, tool calling, and LLM orchestration.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration.
Experience deploying and supporting AI solutions in production environments.
