The Role

• Independently plan, execute, and document care measures according to quality standards.
• Perform medical treatments as prescribed, including medication administration and wound care.
• Provide expert support and consultation to residents and their families on care-related matters.
• Actively participate in the development and optimization of care and work processes.
• Guide and mentor nursing assistants and trainees.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed a three-year vocational training program as a certified geriatric nurse, general nurse, or equivalent recognized qualification.
• High level of responsibility, empathy, and social competence.
• Willingness to work morning and evening shifts, including one to two weekends per month.
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work.
