The Role

• Drive new business development through prospecting and leveraging marketing tools.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest issues for commercial clients.
• Develop and present strategic sales recommendations to new and existing customers.
• Build strong, trusting relationships by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.
• Utilize provided technology, including an iPad, to manage sales agreements and client information.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales or customer relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain necessary pesticide certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in the field and perform physical tasks such as climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and wear personal protective equipment.
