The Role • Oversee a team of experienced professionals in leveraging enterprise cloud platforms to modernize IT infrastructure. • Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to design, develop, test, and debug cloud solution components. • Design and implement cloud solutions within a DevOps framework, utilizing containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Explore and implement AI/ML capabilities within engineering workflows and production environments. • Architect solutions under challenging conditions, including restricted toolchains and contested network environments. • Guide clients and teams through the integration of new technologies and modernization of legacy systems. What You'll Need • 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, including networking, identity, compute, and storage. • Experience with enterprise virtualization, distributed infrastructure, and data platform architecture, including environments with degraded connectivity or air-gap constraints. • Proven experience with large-scale log management, security monitoring, or SIEM platform architecture. • Expertise in DevOps practices, automation, containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines, including in restricted or classified environments. • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI/ML capabilities into engineering workflows or production environments. • Ability to rapidly gain working knowledge of unfamiliar technologies and lead implementation efforts. • Secret clearance. • Bachelor's degree.
