 Job Description:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions within Healthcare Payers and/or Providers.
• Proven experience working with healthcare data including claims, eligibility, clinical, EHR/EMR, provider, and member data.
• Strong understanding of payer and provider workflows, including:
• Claims Processing and Adjudication
• Prior Authorization
• Utilization Management
• Care Management
• Population Health
• Risk Adjustment
• Revenue Cycle Management
• Provider Network Operations

Must-Have Agentic AI & LLM Experience

• Designed, developed, and successfully deployed Agentic AI Systems into production environments.
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent architectures using modern frameworks such as:
• LangGraph
• AutoGen
• LangChain Agents
• Azure AI Agent Service
• Experience implementing:
• Agent orchestration
• Tool calling and function execution
• Planning and reasoning agents
• Human-in-the-loop workflows
• Multi-agent collaboration patterns
• Agent monitoring and governance

Production Deployment Experience (Mandatory)

• Demonstrated experience deploying LLM-powered applications into production, supporting business-critical healthcare workflows.
• Experience operationalizing Generative AI solutions with:
• Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini models
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector Databases
• Prompt Engineering
• Model Evaluation Frameworks
• LLM Observability and Monitoring
• Security and Responsible AI Controls
