The Role • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain long-term advertising relationships with local and national businesses. • Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts through targeted outreach. • Utilize professional sales techniques to promote outdoor advertising solutions. • Conduct market research and analyze local and national competition. • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients. What You'll Need • Proven ability to make cold calls and engage potential clients in-person and over the phone. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate policies and procedures clearly. • Strong time management and self-organization skills to manage a fluctuating workload. • Resilience and a motivated attitude to overcome challenges and handle rejection. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus. • A valid Driver’s License is required.
