Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and QA teams.
  • Support Guidewire implementation, configuration, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, SIT/UAT, and defect resolution.
  • Document business processes and support testing activities.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter OR PolicyCenter experience.
  • Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Jira/Confluence experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
