AI Enabled Full-Stack Software Engineer

AI Enabled Full-Stack Software Engineer (3 5 Years relevant Experience)

Location : Santa Clara, CA (Onsite from Day 1)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices.
• Create intuitive and responsive frontend experiences.
• Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and observability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Stay current with emerging AI, agentic frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.

AI Experience (Required)

• Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience building generative AI applications for real-world use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and AI monitoring.
• Experience developing enterprise-scale SaaS applications.
• Exposure to agentic AI platforms and workflow automation.
