The iconic Anchor, Bankside is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Kitchen Manager to take the lead in one of our standout London pub locations.

This is no ordinary kitchen management role. It's an opportunity to lead a high-performing operation, make a real commercial impact and deliver fantastic food experiences in a buzzing London riverside pub.

As a Head Chef, you’ll make sure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly during a busy service. You’ll know how to get the best out of your team by encouraging and supporting them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards. 

What we're looking for

• A proven leader who knows how to motivate, develop and inspire a kitchen team.
• A high-volume operator who stays calm under pressure and leads from the front when service gets busy.
• Commercially switched on, with a strong understanding of GP, labour, stock control, waste and kitchen profitability.
• Passionate about great food, delivering quality and consistency with every plate.
• Serious about standards, with food safety, hygiene and compliance always front of mind.
• A team player who works closely with the General Manager to drive the overall success of the pub.
