Senior Analyst / Associate - Infrastructure Private Credit

A leading global investment platform is looking to add a Senior Analyst / Associate to its Infrastructure Private Credit team in London.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business investing across infrastructure and real assets, working on bespoke financing solutions for sponsors, corporates, and institutional investors. The role offers significant exposure to deal execution, credit underwriting, investor interaction, and portfolio management within a highly active and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support the origination, analysis, and execution of infrastructure debt investments
• Build and maintain financial models, credit papers, and investment materials
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
• Analyse capital structures, financing solutions, and risk-return profiles
• Prepare investment committee papers and client presentations
• Work closely with sponsors, borrowers, advisers, and investors throughout the transaction process
• Monitor portfolio investments and support ongoing asset management activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Private Credit, Infrastructure Finance, Leveraged Finance, Project Finance, Debt Advisory, or Investment Banking
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis skills
• Understanding of debt structures and financing products
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport, or broader real assets is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• ACA, CFA, or similar qualifications are beneficial
