Position: Sr. Java Backend Engineer (GenAI Platform)
Location: CA / NY (Must be local)

Requirement:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Java Backend Engineer with hands-on GenAI application development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong backend engineering expertise along with practical experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs and AI coding tools.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Java development with Spring Boot
• Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL
• Kafka or ActiveMQ
• Kubernetes & cloud-native development
• MySQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra
• Strong Data Structures, Algorithms & System Design
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience building AI-enabled applications
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code

Preferred:

• Agentic AI, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG
• Prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, AI infrastructure
• Production deployment experience

Note: Candidates must have real-world AI implementation experience; theoretical knowledge or certifications alone will not be considered.
