The Role

• Accurately select merchandise based on store orders, ensuring correct items, quantities, and locations.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment by placing items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for safe transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties to ensure clear aisles.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse tasks.

What You'll Need

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• 0-2 years of preferred warehouse or picking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
