The Role

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and medical equipment.
• Assist during procedures while adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
• Proactively hand over instruments during surgical interventions.
• Professionally reprocess and perform aftercare for instruments and materials.
• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Document all procedures performed and materials used.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of training as an OR Technician (OTA), or a registered nurse with OR experience or specialized training.
• Ability to work independently and with good organizational skills.
• Team player with a joy for reliable and respectful collaboration.
• Driving license is desirable.
