Tier 1 Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Las Vegas, NV that is seeking a Tier 1 IT Technician to provide onsite technology support This role will primarily support hardware swaps and the setup of packing stations to help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware swaps and basic equipment replacements
• Set up and configure packing stations
• Troubleshoot basic Tier 1 hardware and workstation issues
• Assist with equipment installation and connectivity
• Provide hands-on IT support within the environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Tier 1Support, or IT Technician experience
• Comfortable working hands-on with computers, peripherals, and workstation hardware
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work onsite Wednesday through Sunday, 12 PM to 9 PM local time

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
