Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of business and technology projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for project tracking, status reporting, risk management, meeting coordination, documentation, and communication across project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure the timely completion of project tasks.
- Assist with resource planning and project budgeting activities.
- Support change management and project governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Administration.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

- CAPM, PMP, CSM, or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level programs and cross-functional teams.
