BT-360 – ServiceNow Developer
Herndon, VA (fully on-site, no remote option) **Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.** Bespoke Technologies is seeking two Software Developers to provide ServiceNow development support for a team in Herndon, VA. Solid JavaScript experience is a must, in addition to hands-on ServiceNow experience (4+ years preferred). ServiceNow certifications are highly desired. The ideal candidates will also have strong technical/development backgrounds. Required:
Demonstrates experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Demonstrates experience developing ServiceNow OR advanced experience with software development OR experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience. Demonstrates experience in business process analysis, including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements. Demonstrates experience in systems evaluation, such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve/correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. Demonstrates experience with process improvement, such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls. Demonstrates experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach. Demonstrates experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change and release management. Demonstrates experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to development under this request. Desired:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite ServiceNow training for the certification. Demonstrates experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Demonstrates experience with ServiceNow application suites (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Business Management), developing Dashboards on ServiceNow, and using ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Demonstrates experience using ServiceNow project management applications. Demonstrates experience working with Sponsor’s IT service providers. Demonstrates experience advising Sponsor personnel on processes, practices, and policies that directly impact the organization. Demonstrates experience with cloud architecture, including expertise beyond the Sponsor’s legacy cloud environments.
