The Role • Partner on a large enterprise IT contract for the Department of Defense, leading operations across multiple geographic locations. • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support within a large network enterprise, multi-enclave environment. • Interact with customers and stakeholders at all levels to handle service inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management systems. • Enforce security strategies and policies, and document solutions for complex technical issues. • Mentor junior team members and update troubleshooting documentation for IT Operations Center personnel. What You'll Need • Mastery of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) technical areas and broad expertise across multiple system levels. • Experience with PKI technologies, including Certificate Authorities, RCVS, and OCSP. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Experience issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for two-factor authentication. • Proficiency in troubleshooting soft-certificate issues for local and remote customers. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and utilizing an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool (e.g., ServiceNow). • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
